I am psychic. My first prediction is that you will read this. ;)

Life is a paradox..... Some people see it as a big chance to get a bunch of material posessions and be greedy, others see it as a chance to leave a positive footprint in the sands of time. Ultimately it is up to you. People will tell you "follow your dreams", but these same people say "you need to think realistically". Honestly I can tell you this. Everyone else is full of #$%@, and this is simply because they don't know you like you know you. Disregard all other people excercising their wants on your life, and focus on your goal.

As far as your husband, if he's not the controlling type, he will be happy because you are becoming happier. It's really that simple. This is considering of course that it's a happy marraige. If he's not happy that you are happy, then I would recommend posting another yahoo question. ;)

"Do I believe in You?". This one is rather more difficult to answer. Figuratively speaking, about 75% of people out there have no problem lying or using others nowadays. It's sadly become a part of our capitalistic culture. Strangely enough however, I am not a person who will lie to you and attempt to manipulate you to my own ends, which is why ultimately my answer is that you need to get to know yourself.

I was about 23, and going to raves, and had no idea what to do with my life but get high and dance all of the time. I had no direction at all but was seemingly happy as a clam to others. That one second internal question of "what am I doing with my life?..." is the difference between a waste of a life and seizing the moment to change it for the better. I stopped getting high and going to raves. I stopped drugs all together and focused on my dream. My business of creating free software for people is blossoming, and I am internally at peace and on the right path. I may not get stoned, look cool, or have tons of one-night stands with hot women, but sometimes we have to sacrifice self want and the fun of confusion for that little voice inside before it stops talking. I'd recommend listening to yourself.

That's a tricky question. Being psychic can take many forms, and that means not necessarily being able to for-tell the future. One of your answerer's has it right in that we all have it with in us and it truly is a 6th sense. It is generally more of a feeling than a thought and comes from your so called sub-conscience. If you were to go through an entire day and nite with blind folds on concentrating on every sound you heard you would detect thousands of sounds you have never heard before, The same is true with your intuitiveness. Aaw cummon. What do you mean by 'psychic' exactly?

My ex did 'psychometry' - taking objects that belonged to someone and hold them in her hand and, as a result could (sometimes) pick up on things about the owner, or things in the owners life. There was never a pattern to what she did.

Personally, I 'read palms,' but I do NOT tell fortunes. I've surprised my self in things I have told people about themselves, when there has been no-way I could have known any of it.

I prefer 'total' strangers so that I can have no preconceived ideas / fantasies about them.

I have had friends who could do very accurate readings of others through Tarot cards ...something I've no sensitivity to.

How anyone does what they do (even me), I have no idea. And, I'd describe these as 'psychic ~ in some way.' But clearly, this does not seem to fit within your understanding of the word.

Answers to your questions.....

1: Yes you should, but learn to be honest.

2: Whatever he wants to.

3: Probably, but you'll begrudge admitting it, even to yourself.

4: Removing your cynicism might help you in your relationship with each other too.

Good hunting.
Sash.

I don't have my tarot cards with me, but I can tell you the best way to answer your questions is to do a list of pros and cons. Be realistic.

I also advise you not to throw away your marriage to follow something not yet profitable. Talk it over with your husband. See if you can't come up with reasonable steps to allow you to use your talent without going whole hog.

For instance, if you are set on an acting career, get involved in college and community theater. Get experience at the local level before you approach an agent. It'll look good on your resume.

If you want to be a writer, make sure your hubby's salary will cover the loss of yours while you work at it. Set reasonable goals to get your manuscript done with DAILY goals (for instance 200 words per day) to keep you going. Being a writer takes a lot of discipline. Email me if you want tips. (I have 7 books published).

Make sure, whatever your talent is, that exercising it will not impact your marriage in a negative way. Many talented people would never have achieved fame with the loving support of their family.

Why not open your own psychic connection.

I believe we are all psychic, but for the majority the gift or the belief has been long knocked out of them. Educated out is another way of looking at it. Many professional psychics have grown up in a psychic friendly environment. Perhaps a grand-parent or parent with the knowledge has helped bring the extra sense out in the open and encouraged its use. But there are as many practicing psychics who have not had the benefit of caring psychic guidance and who have still managed to develop and hone this natural extra sense. The Psychic Sense.

Actually, al people have the ability to be "psychic". Most never learn how to channel in to their powers though. Or Learn how to use what ability they may know that they posess. It succeed, it takes more than to just "follow your heart". You need to think about what makes you happy, but don't forget about the choices that you may have already made. You can't just forget about others who may now be counting on you. You CAN figure it out. And be happy! You believe in this, and in me as well as others, if you first believe in yourself. Their is no place for tricks, in serious matters of the soul.

No. No one on here is psychic, and anyone who claims to be is a fraud. Some are misguidedly trying to tell you what they think you want to hear, or trying to decide what is best for you.

Only you can do that. Only you know whether to follow your talent and heart.

Yes you should follow your heart and talent, one has to be true to oneself. As to your husband, he could go one of two ways. he could support you in whatever it is you want to do (which he should if he loves you) or he could show you how much of a male chauvenist pig he is, and insist that you think only of him and what he wants. You can believe everything I say simply by changing places and putting yourself in your husbands position and see what you think of her going off doing what she wants instead of putting you first as is the duty of a good wife,(Boll***S to that). Go for it girl or you will always regret it. I am psychic, but I don't need to be to answer your question.
