Is it Hung Up? I'm pretty sure she wears pink in that music video. It's like in a dance studio looking place, right? And it starts out "Time goes by so slowly..." I think that's what you're talking about, because it does sound kind of techno.

the name of the song is hung up, and ya its by madona. if you ever want to look up a song and just know a few words type it into google and 98% of the time they can tell you who sings it and all the other lyrics to the song.
