Keep to lunch, breaks, and after work you should be fine. But you better check with human resource to be sure.

I think as long as they don't have a rule against it. Or if you are at least still productive in doing your work you shouldn't.

I looked at some of your answers to other questions. Your boss might do that too. Be careful of what you say, you may be revealing a side your employer might not like.

It depends on how much time you're spending on here, whether or not you've finished your other "work" and how much your supervisors stick to their internet use policy.
