I have a great project for putting up a profitable play school but am strapped for money banks not helping?

Try applying for grants. Diffrent agencies offer money for all sorts of things. If your' in an area that has mostly low income families and they would be the students, you can get a federal grant. Ask around where you live, you'd be surprised at how much money is out there waiting.
