it's like 40 degrees out, my dad refuses to close the windows, and im wearing a blanket and coat and im still freezing!!! what do i do?

I suggest putting on several layers of clothing. Also, try drinking something hot, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc........
I'm REALLY cold, too!

I'm always cold. keep something warm on your feet. Something toasty around your neck(like a heated pad). a hat. and sneak around and shut the windows. drink something warm it will heat uyou up from the inside out.(if your old enough brandy works ell)
