Not in Arizona or anywhere else for that matter in the US. You are not legally divorce until the divorce is filed as public record which is usually 30 days after the court date. Then you will have to meet Arizonas waiting period before you can file for a new license. Good luck

There are no states where you can get married when in the process of getting a divorce. Until your divorce is final you are still married.

No you can't even get the marriage license until the divorce is finalized and some places ask for the divorce decree or the date you were divorced.

NO...you must have a judgment of dissolution before marrying again. In some states like California you must remain single for at least 6 month following a divorce before marrying again.

No. The divorce has to be finalized and filed in the court records.

No, your divorce has to be "final" - i.e., the process has to be over.
