Lol! That's too funny. This is me to a tee and yes I'm a white folk not that it matters. Some people do and some people don't it doesn't matter what color your skin is. I think one reason is the fact that every1 is prone to wanna be naked. The first people on this earth, Adam and Eve, were naked. It just feels comfortable plus some clothes are itchy and restricting and we just want to feel free. Flip flops are basically like wearing no shoe at all but with protection for the bottom of your feet. I tell ya one thing, I wear flip flops until there is snow on the ground, my bf hates it. I also used to go barefoot a lot when I was younger either cuz I was too lazy to put shoes on and cuz in the summer it's much more fun to play w\ no shoes on. But now that I'm older I realize that it's a bit unsanitary and don't do it as often. And most of us, I know I do, are always in a better mood in the summer, winter is kinda depressing and you have to stay indoors. Summer is just more fun! So, so what? Let us "white folks" have our good memories and be half naked, were not hurting you. Hope I answered your question.

I was taught never to sacrifice comfort for style.

I wear what's comfortable. If its hot, I wear shorts, if its cold I don't. I'd go naked if I could(sunburn). Shoes are a convenience thing: If I'm just hopping outside for a smoke, I won't bother putting them on. Anyway, it feel s good to run around barefoot on the grass.
People also have different tolerances to cold: I'm in Seattle, we get Alaskans running around here in shorts all year, and Hawaiians wearing jackets in 80 degree weather.

Appreciate the fact that we CAN run around half naked. Too many tropical countries you risk your life not wearing head-to-toe clothing to keep the mosquitoes -and malaria- out.

Being barefoot is comfortable. Asians, African Americans, everyone goes barefoot at some point.

Now, probably only floridians wear shorts and sandles when its breezy outside. They dont get "cold" down there.

Sandles and shorts feel good in a house with the heat on and you don't want to change just to run outside for a few minutes.

I was raised in Arkansas, and as a kid, I walked around all the time barefoot. I think it might, for me, be a through back to our southern, redneck roots. Now that I'm older, and know what it means to be civilized, I often where some sort of footwear.

It takes time and persistence. the super ingredient is that ft respond quite quickly. I ought to agree which you need to take it slowly, and ward off harm. i'm able to now stand barefoot on extremely heat floor and walk alongside sharp gadgets with little or no discomfort. i've got carried out this over diverse journeys to heat international places.
