The Trojan you have is in the Smitfraud family and requires a specialized program to remove. These two site have programs that address Smitfrauds.

Antivirus Golden is a fake anti-spyware program that is often downloaded and installed by a Trojan or through browser security holes. Antivirus Golden launches on Windows start up and may generate large numbers of popup adverts. It will also display notifications of imaginary security risks in its attempts to get the user to purchase the full version. This program can be extremely difficult to remove manually, and will continue to try to recreate itself. It is believed that Antivirus Golden is a derivative of SpywareQuake and Spy-Heal.

You need to update you anti virus and spyware tool turn off system restore - reboot in diagnostic mode ( not safe mode) and run the programs
( to re boot in diagnostic mode goto - start - run type in msconfig - select diagnostic mode - click apply and OK the computer will start up again) P.S after Scan change back to normal boot up.
Best of luck on this one - it a tough one

Best of luck
