Maybe there are few individuals out there that realized and gone beyond the limitations of the known and right now living wholly in this chaotic world of us. If you are asking everyone then I don't think the answer would be conclusive. I think your asking is more like a pointer than a question. I can consider this as a pointer to be seriously think about by everyone. We the majority don't know what is living wholly. I think the gauge is visible to our knowledge, the world is in chaos, fragmentation is the name of the game from top to bottom levels of existence. We worship exclusiveness. We are biting one another. If majority of us really understand this question totally then the world will be wholly in a split of a second.

The main question and the known/unknown question don't seem to be the same question, except that because the unknown is inherent in everything, including us (conscious/unconscious), it would seem we can't meet anything with all our mind. Even meeting anything fully within our realm of consciousness is a challenge I feel is seldom achieved. I guess the pinnacle of humanity is in the trying.

I think we only meet anything fully when we have no choice in the matter.
We fight with all our might to be born, and eventually yield ourselves up to our death, no choice.
We always hold a little back in most things, self preservation, if we meet things fully we are vulnerable, either physically or mentally.
Some can do it, mountaineers and others chase a dream and risk everything, yes they meet it fully, heart and mind, and often their lives, nothing kept in reserve, they give their all!!!!!

Don't know about you, comrade, but I do. Not all the time, of course, but often enough to stay alive on the freeway.
Questions and answers, explanations and philosophical systems -- that's not where it's at, but if you pursue it passionately enough, eventually you get it out of your system and can turn your life to useful work: feed the hungry, heal the sick, teach arithmetic to children, whatever.
Once you're past all the words, only kindness matters.

Its really difficult to say.....I think if you go through liefs daily struggles and accomplishments you are left with the impressions on both your heart and inner soul....kinda like footprints in the sand that wash away with the next wave or tide.....Having children and seeing them grow is truly amazing and rewarding .....the way they adapt and take in all you say ....its remarkable....I know that I give fully to my children without question...this comes from every ounce of who I am...so I guess I would say 'Yes"!

I think we are capable of doing so, I have one thing in life that I do with all of my heart and mind, I think it takes some people a lifetime to find something that you can be that passionate about and some people never find it, I think the clue is to take a leap of faith towards something your interested in and embrace it wholeheartedly.

I think there is too much going on in the brain to do it all the time but I also think there are some moments when we are totally engrossed in whatever experience it is we are having.

Supposedly we only use 10% of our brains, so we don't even come close.
If you re-define the question and ask "as fully as we can" then that may change the perspective.

Depends on the person, I suppose. I've meant things with all heart and mind before.

I always find that whatever the reason, whatever the situation, I always seem to hold back a little. Fear?
