Where can I find a cheap pair of skinny jeans with a very good material quality. Any places?

Forever 21. They have so many now!
I thought they would never carry skinny jeans, but that is pretty much all they have now!

They are too popular right now....why we have no idea the 80's were a plight on the fashion industry and why they would ever want to bring it back is beyond me.
Although, I'm sure what you consider cheap, but Victoria's Secret has a sale going on their website and you can skinny jeans for like $40 or something like. That's pretty cheap considering they were like almost $100.

I know it's just a department store, but Target usually has better quality stuff than Wal Mart of K Mart. t
You could also try American Eagle or Abercrombie, but they are more expensive, but it's the best quality around. You could also try Old Navy (they usually have a sales or discount jean rack). Aeropostale is really good, like AE and Abercrombie but cheaper.

well to tell you the truth i think skinny jeans are ugly and no one should be allowed to wear them, but if you want a cheap pair go to Ross or Tj maxx or marshalls

Try Gap or something. Or Abercrombie & Fitch. It depends also on what your definition of "cheap" is. Old Navy would also be a good, cheaper alternative.
