is this called justice,freedom and democracy?one rule of law for one and none for the other.america is well known for thier war crimes in korea, vietnam and now iraq.so it looks like evil triumping over good.the rest of the world already knows this, im just hopeing americans do too as the world knows how the american public is so brain washed.

I think you have asked an excellent question!
It's one that I have also asked on several discussion boards over the years, and to this day, have not heard any sort of justifyable answer.
I am an American. I was born here, and proud of my COUNTRY. Not the corupt ones who call themselves "Government". There is a big difference.
And I wish I could get a good answer- not even one I necessarily agree with, just one that sounds like a fair and reasonable reason for the US government to get away with the same things and worse that they put other leaders of other countries on trial for - so I could give it to you.
Unfortunately, the typical brainwashed American public answer seems to be along the lines of that they have the biggest and most powerful Military. (Again, I am an American, but I deliberately use the word, "they", rather than "us", because I am no part of the decision making on the part of this country, therefore, I do not associate myself with government).
I guess that the general consensus seems to be that basically the biggest bully gets it's way.
Sad. Very, very sad if this thinking persists - what will become of humanity?
One other thing....I have also wondered what with all that is wrong in America, what business does the leader(s) of this country have butting into the business of the countries of other's? (Unless they are a DIRECT threat, none of which Iraq, Viet Nam, or Korea (at least not at the time of the US direct involvement in the Korean war).
Just to add to that last sentence, they are not a threat now, either. Just bluff. Why else would they have said that they successfully tested a nuclear bomb, when in fact, there was so sign of radiation anywhere near, if they really did have one? Hmmm....
US needs to worry about taking care of it's own, first.

Lets get the right foot in front of the other. You got that backwards. Other countries have done horrible war crimes against their own people and it is America that comes in to aim for Peace and develope leaders to gain PEACE in the war torn countries . America brings in food and supplies to help the poor innocent victums in their own land. In the Holy Bible the book of Titus : Chapter three-- It reads: Remind the people to be subject to rulers and authorities to be obediant, to be ready to do whatever is good, to slander no one, to be peaceable and considerate, and to show true humanity twords all men. If your an American, then you need to be United . Sounds like you don't know the whole stories about Vietnam, Korea, or Iraq. So don't be so quick to put down America. If your an American, then with your attitude, we would never win. It is people like you who do a lot of complaining and when defending would be needed, they would see you running into the hills.
America has not done war crimes, but had to come to other countries to save innocent people . America stops the fighting, they do not start it. Get your facts straight.

Unlike yourself, I do travel the world frequently and have not found your rantings to be the pervasive opinion, but quite the opposite in most places. We believe in, and fight for human rights the world over. I'm sure your country has received a handout from us also, most countries have at one time or another! Get over yourself, and get an education, because the base of knowledge you have now is suspect !

mass media, and the growing miseducation or lack of in most of the western world. i had the privillage to go to a private co-ed boarding school in scotland, live in the middle east, and africa. the way which the media brain washes people who are uneducated is discugusting, they dont tell the news anymore, they tell the news from different oponions. however like the romans every gaint race falls.. long live china buddy!
