I was born on 23 October 1984 , i always thought i'm a libra , but some horoscopes books says that i'm a Scorpio and some said i'm a Libra !!!
so wich one is right ? scorpio or libra ?
dont answer if you aren't sure cos i'm so confused about this and i need acorrect answer !

and after entering my birth place and time it said i'm a LIBRA !!!

This is a Hell-ish cusp to be on (it's Prince Charles' birthday, also, I think.) because the 2 signs, scorpio and libra, are complete opposites. No matter what the books say, if you're on a cusp, you will be influenced by both signs.

If nothing else I always have a good time when I go out with a scorpio. Scorpios are great at conversation and having fun. I find Libras can be a little cheap when it comes to their pockets they are a tad stingy ;) They are also not the best at planning a nice night out.

Girl i thought i was the only one who was confused about it. I was told that we're mostly scorpio, but we will have both scorpio and libra trends. So i guess we can round it of to scorpio.

YOUR rising sign will tell who you really are. go to book store and look for book with charts in them--there are many--you can find your true rising sign this way. the books worth buying or could you find the info on the net? I am a Virgo but when I found out my rising sign --Libra --I could see the truth. Also have seen astrologists to confirm it but you can believe the books . Risin sign is found by the time and area of your birth.
