Hi - poor baby - 32 weeks is a tough time in pregnancy. Not feeling good is probably just being 32 weeks pregnant. That said, you should call your doctor asap. Diarrhea can dehydrate you very quickly and that would be bad news for your baby as well as you. Also, not sleeping is likely a caused by pregnancy, but you should still call your doc now, today, and let him know. He may want to see you today or Monday, but better to see him than to risk your health or that of your baby. Plus, when he tells you all is well you can at least have a worry free weekend. Good luck!

I am 41 weeks right now and going through the same thing. I did not have morning sickness in the first trimester at all so I was very surprised to have it show up in the end of my third but all you can do is try to eat smaller meals more often this helps alot. As far as the no sleep thing what I did was I got my husband to rub lavender massage oil on my back this is helping me greatly. Another trick is put some on a paper towel and stick it in your pillow case, lavender will help you sleep. I would say nothing is wrong with you at all just pregnant as long as your feeling the baby kick your good. Try to enjoy the last weeks of your pregnancy, good luck.

Likely you have a virus. Diarrhea is not the result of a pregnancy. You will just have to endure the next few weeks... It isn't comfortable, but it's important that you give your baby every day he/she can get in the womb. Important lung development isn't complete until week 36. Hang in there.

Ask your doctor when you go in for your weekly check-up. I don't know anyone who experienced those above symptoms.. most people tend to be constipated, and can't eat much because of the pressure on their stomach. Every pregnancy is different though, so it could be normal. Get it checked -- you shouldn't need to worry.

A lot of pregnant woman get colds and viruses, if you are really worried ask your doctor. Your baby could also be pushing on your stomach or something that is making you feel sick when you eat.

I don't want to sound harsh, but don't anticipate felling any better for the next several months. The sleep deprivation is your body's way of preparing you for the baby. Once you have the baby, you wont get sleep for at least the next year. Its OK cause you get use to it. Good luck!! Congratulations!!!
