And do republicans really know what Saddam has did to his own people when Reagan/Bush Sr were supporting him? Murdering those that opposed his political ideology, needlessly starting a war of aggression with the Iranian people, suppressing the freedoms of his own people, experimenting with chemical/biological weapons upon innocent Iraqis and genocide.
Your outrage over Saddam's crimes against the Iraqi people are +25 years too late. Why didn't conservatives liberate the poor and oppressed Iraqis back in the 1980s instead of supporting the regime responsible for these crimes?

Do you know how many other dictators are in this world????
How many did the US go to war with?
If the US really wanted to free the Iraqi, why don't they care about Darfur? Why don't they care about the congelese people that are dying by thousands as well?
When the rwandan genocide happened, where was the US?
Before you say stupid stuff like the US actually CARES about the freedom of poor oppressed people check your history! We only care when our best interests are served well ( like oil...hehe)

Give it up Buffy Bush killed way more than Saddam.

The trial is not going the way some Liberal News like Faux thought it would.

The initial charges of 182K dead is as inflated as the WMD numbers. Now they are down to 15 here and 20 there that were all enemy's of the State.

Even in America enemy's are hunted down and destroyed.

You fake Libs always try to make Bush look less affective than he is.

I know Saddam was evil, no question. The problem comes however, I don't mind helping other countries achieve - that's how we became who we are today, other countries helped us, but in the end, we did it, because we wanted it. We didn't get the freedoms we have today when that mayflower landed... we fought for it, we fought for everything we have today. If people don't like where they live, they need to step up-we can help them but they need to step up for their cause and fight for it. Sure people will die for their cause, probably a lot, but isn't it worth it in end for their freedom - their cause - what they want -what they want for their children. I feel bad for people that live in certain places, and especially if they are nonviolent people - but unless they want to stay the way they are, they have to step up and do something for their future generations

He's done nothing worse than the shiite and sunni death squads are doing under the current government, except now the US has lost many good men and women and 8 BILLION PER MONTH with no end in sight.

Based on this logic, why are we sitting on the sidelines in Darfour?

Do the surviving members of families that died from bombs dropped by U.S. planes feel better that their family members died from American bombs than at the hands of Saddam?

The left has a new number, 665,000. That is the new number of civilian casualties according to some idiot. Even if that number was right, which it is not, the left will conveniently omit the fact those people were killed by insurgents and not Americans.

But the Reagan Admin. sold, sorry gave (it was all on credit, which I'm sure he never paid back) him the weapons to do it in the first place.

I don't care what he does to his own people, we should not be there because Saddam was not a threat to the U.S. If he was a prick to his own people, it is for them to do something about it - not the U.S.
