I haven't heard Katharine's music yet but I am 75% sure I will become addicted to it. I love Carrie and Kelly's because they have very emotional, powerful voices and I always can relate to their music, it makes me cry so much(which is not good.Lol.).

I haven't heard Katharine's, since American Idol. Her album probably isn't released yet, nor a demo. I love Carrie's country rock songs just as Josh Gracin's. I love Kelly's rock ballads and hard rock songs. They're really developed since they won. But don't forget about Fantasia and Diana.

I think Carrie got good songs and she's a good singer. Kelly is also a good singer but I don't like all of her songs that much. She has a couple very nice ones.
Katharine I can't stand. I don't like her voice and I don't think she's really good at singing either, she sounds too "musical"-like to me. She screams too much.

Kelly Clarkson is my all-time favorite singer! I love how she puts her emotions into her singing and music. "Because of You" is one of my favorite songs. Carrie is another fav. Katharine was my favorite girl singer last year on American Idol.

Their music is true amateur. It is the same caliber as a high school play. It is good because it is exactly what most people are used to at a local level. None of them are really good enough to be professional and are just here because of IDOL and everyone's fasination with the "everyday" girls. Prior to IDOL the best they could hope for would be a theme park or cruise ship. If you ever get to see a real show on broadway, you will see what I mean about these girls being ordinary. They are not good enough for NYC stage. I do like them also, but I am aware of little professional level talent.

I like Kelly Clarkson. I believe the orginial was the best. None of the singers on the following seasons measure up to her, in my opinon.
