I think most of the time we want to do the pursuing because we are hunters by nature and it helps us feel like we're in charge. However, we do like being pursued once in a while. But if the girl does the pursuing don't try too hard otherwise we could be turned off because we think that she's a little too desparate. That's why it's much more effective for women to flirt and throw signals for men to pursue.

I prefer that it's a mutual thing. Where we both like each other and can pretty much instantly tell that it's gonna work out and be something special. Otherwise, it's probably not gonna work out anyway, in which case I'd rather just hang out with the guys and have fun. Pursuing? that's for people who are trying to bat outside of their league.

I don't think it matters who does the pursuing, just that some one does it. Too often people think one sex or the other should do the pursuing and then what happens is nothing and they end up missing out on someone simply because they were being stubborn. If you see someone and your interested in them then let them know.

I really would rather have a frank and open discussion about what we both want out of this and where we'd like it to be going, without all the games in between.
Then again, I'm in my mid-30s, so I'm probably a bit older. We think differently.

I'm open to either one doing the pursuing...as long as the end result is comfortable for both parties.

Only for so long, I lose interest in chasing girls all the time. I figure after a couple weeks, a girl would want to be around me, but if not, whatever... It's really funny when the girls get pissed at ME because I stop chasing them. Well, if they were such teases, I wouldn't lose interest!

Well, actually yes and no. i like to mix it up, because i like my girl to show some agression too. That lets me know she still WANTS me not just is tolerant or OK being with me. I want her to initiate the intimate...the lovemaking, the sex too. This way not only does it confirm her feelings for me, I don't have to worry as much about rejection. If i'm ALWAYS the agressor she is going to say no at times, or she's gonna be really horny and not let me know because I want to be the aggressor, we'll both miss out and one or both of us will be hurt/angry. i think it's best for both to persue.

IIt always helps if the woman sends an all clear signal .
additionally I always enjoyed when a woman approached me as long as she was classy about the whole thing or was not over aggressive.

no red.i think its up to the girl to ask the guy out, its always been the other way around, but now day's its better if the girl ask the guy, so when the relationship goes south, it will not be the guys fault!
