Green Day got 2005 band of the year...The Rolling Stone made the most money in 2005... Seems like A.F.I. is recieving awards every day...My Chemical Romance probably has the most passionate fanbase alive...Almost everyone I know likes System of a down...

I dont think there really is a "most popular band" out there. so many people have different tastes so it'd be hard to get only one
