I get the same things exactly, and it really is anxiety. I didn't believe it either since it would occur when I wasn't really feeling anxious. The blurred vision and dizziness is a result of the shortness of breath, probably. I get the heart murmurs frequesntly, but the other stuff not so much. If it is happening to youall the time, I would ask to have anxiety meds perscribed if you don't already have them.

Tip:A person with an innocent Heart Murmur has a normal Heart and usually has no other symptoms or signs of a Heart problem. Innocent murmurs are common. A person with an Abnormal Heart Murmur usually has other signs or symptoms of a Heart problem. Most Abnormal Heart Murmurs are due to Congenital Heart Disease, Heart Defects present at birth. In adults, abnormal murmurs are most often due to Heart Valve problems caused by infection, disease, or aging.

Go see a cardiologist. You need to see a specialist to talk about your symptoms. Just because you are 26 does not mean something could not be wrong with your heart. Yes, it could be anxiety or stress, however, you need to make sure that is what it is. The cardiologist should do an EKG and a stress test or a general echocardiogram along with a health history. Please call and make an appt with a cardiologist.

Your nurse practioner can say all she wants but has she done any tests on you at all?
Have you had at least an EKG done?
Maybe you should get her to refer you to a cardiologist.
I wouldn't trust my heart condition or problem with a NP.
Some of them think they are doctors and they aren't.
I'm sure that by now you DO have some anxiety along with the pain, especially if no one is treating you or treating your symptoms.
Hope you feel better.
