I bought an insurance for my laptop. I brought it for a check up at Best Buy store, and when I came to pick up it, there was a cracked on my monitor. I sent back the laptop for fixing, and now I am waiting a month and half already without any answer about when I could get my laptop back. Does anyone know where should I go for filling report for the store?

I've heard that is a common problem at BestBuy
