Jennifer Hudson (former American Idol contestant) will be co-staring in the upcoming movie Dreamgirls, starring Beyonce, Jamie Foxx, and Eddie Murphy. Jennifer beat out American Idol winner Fantasia for the role, as well as a lot of others, and her voice and talent has often been understimated. DO you think Jennifer will shine?

Newcomer Jennifer Hudson, she is a powerhouse singer from Chicago. She has a booming, spirit filled voice. I wish her well.

The girl is the bomb, but get this, I found out from Oprah show that Jennifer Hudson is the star of the movie, and not Beyonce. Beyonce was used for publicity and promoting her cd, that's all. Jennifer Hudson gives me goosebumps for real, and yes she is a vocal legend, it just sucks because she don't look like Beyonce she don't get any attention. I thought the movie star was Beyonce until I watched Oprah, I never even heard of Ms. Hudson. So its so disappointing that she hasn't had any of the spotlight for this movie because she really deserves it...

Well, Jennifer had BETTER out-sing Beyonce - the script is written that way. She's SUPPOSED to be the best singer in the group - but gets thrown out because she's not thin. If she's not the strongest singer, the film will get thrown out of wack.

I've heard the soundtrack of Jennifer singing "I'm Not Going" - it's awesome.

I honestly think Jennifer Hudson will have her fame on this movie. She is a powerhouse and I think that this Beyonce thing will dwindle down
