To me it means having good moral values, and integrating them into how you live your life.

It still is the same though many do not have integrity. Having integrity means being honest and keeping your promises. Showing people that they can trust you. When you say something you mean it. Being true to yourself and others even when others may not like it. It takes courage to have integrity and do what is right.. Any coward can give in to others and try to get their acceptance but a man of integrity will hole to what is right at all costs. Real men have integrity.

Goodness, kindness, mercy, love, empathy, altruism, self-awareness, courage, willpower, heroism, honor, duty, truth and simple human decency. In other words, do the right thing.

obviously not a lot today, used to be when some one gave their word it was their bond. power and money seem to corrupt even more today.
