get an electrician to change the earth cable.

Don't watch Sky TV, it's not a great loss.

If you really have nothing better in your life than Sky TV then turn your boiler off when you are watching Sky TV.

You can have an interfearence suppressor fitted by an electrician, it should clear the prob. It is the same idea as the suppressors for cars.
