When you kill an animal or just about anything blood comes out, but with bugs normally just green slime comes out. Why is this?
I suppose bugs don't use blood to keep them running? I wasn't where to post this.

they could have blood that is copper based - which would turn it green as opposed to mammals who have iron based blood which is red

Maybe because thats the way God made them, and I'm being serious. As for the scientific reason, it probably has to do with whats in it.

Green Slime comes because that is bugs blood.
