You will need a kilt for sure - go to the cloth store or Walmart- and buy a couple of yards of plaid material and some safety pins and some elastic for your waist. You will also need to get a red beard and hair. - Now the question becomes - do you have the tummy to be Fat Bastard? If you don't you will need to get a really huge tan colored sweat suit and stuff to make his body.
If you don't want to make it yourself- go to Card & Party Factory - they have that costume.

get a sump coustume and make the "diaper" plad, and get the sumo style wig only red, then get a bucket of chicken to carry around with you.
