I was reading a book that said that chameleons can eat them, but i was wondering if it was the same for bearded dragons...

Many lizards will - they are an excellent source of calcium & protein - if the snails have not been exposed to pesticides & herbicides & snail poison.

I never tried them with my beardeds but my blue tongue skinks & various larger geckos loved them.

I would not feed a garden snail to my beardie!

Stick to fresh veggies and fruit. Mine love kale, chopped up different kinds of peppers, spring mix, occasional strawberries, they LOVE bananas and kiwis... and crickets and superworms that you buy from a pet store. My beardie Arturo loves things that are red, he'll pick all the red pepper out of his salad and then eat the lettuce and kale... funny stuff.

My son feeds his crickets and meal worms, but he said you can't catch the crickets out in the yard because they are exposed to pesticides, so it will probably be the same with snails. All of the soil in the United States is contaminated with pesticides.
