Everyone is scared and nervous before a match whether it is the first round or the finals. So do not be surprised by that. If you play and lose which is the worst thing that can happen you will still improve. Matches are the best way to figure out what you really need to work on. The more tournaments you play your nerves will calm down a bit also. Just try and be as consistent as you can and try and stay focused on the match and not what is going on around you, and do not be surprised by how nervous you may get when you are about to win, finishing off a match is nerve racking especially early on in your career. You will be fine , if you are out there competing you have already had a big victory. Good luck
