a loser? no.
but it can take the place of other pursuits, and consume your life to the point that you have to have your daily fix.
and life slips by...
enjoy the things you enjoy, and if it is your thing that brings happiness, go for it.

Not following the rules of the group, not waiting for others, logging off in the middle of something important, taking a call or being distracted during play, having an unreliable connection, rolling for items you don't need, critizing your party members, being sexual, triggering mobs that then attack your party, yelling for buffs and heals, being bossy, and talking about your other characters or other games will all make you a loser. Playing them is cool.
I think that pretty much covers it.

Among mortals, yes.
Haha. That's like the nerdiest answer ever.
It won't make you a loser at all! Unless you think that spending hours of time in front of the computer having the time of your life makes you a loser. That's up to your opinion, not ours.

PLEASE! To whom, and why do you care so much? If you want to play, then play, don't think so much about what other people think! Who cares? Play man, play!
*Edit*
But yeah, watch yourself, don't get addicted to the point where you shut down everything else around you but the game, some people lose themselves in games like that, and that is no good. Moderation.

No, but if you spend too much time on it and always talk about it, then you might be a loser (notice correct spelling).
