There are a load. The classic ones would be ones like OMD, New Order, Erasure, Alphaville, Kraftwerk (the ORIGINAL electro band), Electric Light Orchestra, Can, Faust, Eurythmics, the Pet Shop Boys.
Some recent bands are Freezepop, Joy Electric (very Depeche Mode-like), Trademark, Goldfrapp, The Modern, Electronic (a band devised by New Orders Bernard Sumner), Aphex Twin (dance).
You will also find some indie bands such as the Kaiser Chiefs, the Killers, Franz Ferdinand also include synthesizer pieces into their work. It seems to be more popular now.

check out The Sisters of Mercy. Their sound is sort of marchy, stringy electronica edged with some totally savage drums and guitars. They're awesome.
Other bands you might like are Bauhaus, Skinny Puppy, and the Cure
Psychedelic Furs, Echo and the Bunnymen, and Psuedo Echo are also really good

You're spoilt for choice aksentiev! I personally like New Order, Kraftwerk, Pet Shop Boys and Erasure. If you like your electronica a bit harder and rockier look no further than Ministry, Fronline Assembly, Front 242, Skinny Puppy, KMFDM or Rammstein.Happy listening!

If you like fisherspooner..try Apoptygma Berzerk, paul oakenfold, Tiesto, Armin Van Buuren. Those are really good artist.
