We've just started a culture club and we are looking for community events. Are ther any suggestions on what we might be able to do? Any events coming up near the Bay Area?

One suggestion: Create a private Yahoo Group (shameless plug) of your club; Send invites to the club members where they'll be able to add input and suggestions and keep up with the schedule of events.

Well, sorry I don't live in the Bay area. But maybe you can help out a local women's shelter or the homeless shelter. Or maybe have a picnic at the park. I hope this helps.
