If he's attended college full time, then yes you have to pay. But if he's not going to school, then No, Don't worry about if he doesn't have a job so you can pay child support. But a father would advise his son to get one.

If you ask me men who pay child support should pay for the rest of their lives. Women never stopping spending money on their children. I'm 23 and still gets money from my mom.

no you don't have to pay child support. He's grown. Make him get a job and teach the boy some responsibility. Although that doesn't mean you're not still his father and have fatherly responsibilities too even though he's grown. He may need some help from time to time.

Check your court order. If he is enrolled in school full-time, you might still be obligated according to the papers until he is 24... but usually, child support ends at 18.

No, as soon as your child turns 18 you off the hook. Just make sure you still talk to him and spend time with him, everyone needs love.

as long as your court papers say you are done at 18 you should not have to pay. Or if no court papers were done and you did it on your own your are still done and Kudos to you for doing it in the first place

if your son is over eighteen and not willing to go to school or work then i think you duty has finished why dont you encourage him to seek work. do you begrudge paying for him or is he just lazy......
