Guy's with the apostrophe (') between the y and the s signifies possessive or a contraction of "guy is".
A guy is a male person, usually at least adolescent or older.
So, examples of usage would be: That man has a hot car. The guy's car is hot. Or: That guy is a real idiot. That guy's an idiot.
