Do clothes that are brown look good/complement on someone who has light brown/olive-like skin color?

Yes but make sure you don't overdo it. Try and keep the shades the same. Besides olive skin is the most versatile. You can get away with pretty much any colour and pull it off. Just be thank full you aren't a red head.

Not really, it will wash you out, go with a little brown like a watch or some shoes but not an overall outfit.

Yes as long as it is complimented by another color. Like dont wear all brown. Try brown, tans, and burnt oranges...
