Find a really good moisturizer that you can put on in the am & pm.... Cukes are good, as well as YES, the prep H, but for dark circles, use a concealer.. (moisture is the key)

ummm i think you need to see a doctor you shoudlnt be getting wrinkles when your only 19 do you wear a lot of eye makeup this could be y or using cheap drugstore mkaeup like foundations and cover ups

You slice up some cucumbers put them in the freezer till they are pretty chilled then lay back and put them on your eyes
