the best answer is: don't. I know thats really preachy, but I have just scraped my way outta the biggest debt of my LIFE and its all down to people lending me money while my credit was beyond useless.
The only way I got out of this was to come clean to a family member, as loans just make things worse.
If you aren't lucky enough to have those kinda family members that can help you sleep easier at night then try www.debtfreedirect.co.uk, they can wipe off some of your debt without charge and arrange an affordable monthly payment(check me sounding like the TV adverts!) and it does not involve loans etc.....
If you don't want to try any of the above then bright finance do accept people. but they attach a HUGE amount of interest. Read the small print my friend... because they will make their money back and then some.
Please heed my warning of steering clear though :)

I saw a question on here a couple of weeks ago asking the same question. The answer is Capital 1 (one) i also know they do give good limits for the first time applicant. If you have already tried this one, i suggest you get a credit scoring company to tell you why you cant get credit. Then clear it. This will enable you to start again, slowly but surely.
