I have gotten bleach stains on a couple shirts and fixed them with watered down acrylic paint- like you get in the craft stores- find some approx colors, along with white and mix it to color at home on a paper plate or in a cup-add water to thin it out and tint the carpet back to color- if its a small patch you can sometimes cut it out also.....

If you just spilled the bleach then you must flood it with water, however if it is already dry then the only thing you can do is cut a patch from a closet and exchange the two pieces. Also the bleached carpet will continue to disintegrate.
If the bleach wasn't to strong you can re-die it.

Since the dye in the carpet has been destroyed by the bleach, the only option you have is to find a permanent marker that is close to the same color as your carpet and color in the bleach spot. There are vinyl dyes that can be mixed to match the color, but it's really expensive to do and really messy.

You could always pour bleach on the rest of the carpet to make it look the same.
