I am just not sure about Tigger all that bouncing around on his tail ain't normal tiger behaviour - so was he off his head? Could it be attention deficeit disorder?
Before you say it we all know that Pooh Bear was a stoner given his relaxed demeanour and constant munchies that is not the question here.

That's the problem he wasn't taking his drugs. He's ADHD = bouncing is normal. And I'd say Eeyor was a stoner - always slow with a Ho Hum attitude...... Piglet rules....
