Are you on any diuretic medication? (I am, and I asked my physician if I could cut the diuretic in half, because I was having the same type problems. After discussing with him, he said okay to cut the dose in half.) A call to your physician's office may be all you would need to discuss whether you could reduce any diuretic medication.
Also, are the bathroom trips more in the day or the night? You might try adjusting the time of day (or night) that you drink the most liquids. I try to drink my liquids between lunch and supper, so that by bedtime I will have most of it out of my system. (I also do NOT drink liquids if I am going to be away from home for any length of time without a restroom nearby.)
Another note: Caffeine and chocolate have natural diuretic properties in them! If you drink a lot of coffee, tea, and/or soft drinks, you could drastically reduce those -- switch to lemonade or plain water. And switch to a different type of candy, other than chocolate, or cut it all out for awhile, to see if that cuts back on the bathroom urges.
Lastly, if this has just begun to be a problem for you, you would benefit from a physician visit to rule out any underlying medical problem.

If this has just been a recent problem you could have a bladder infection or UTI. You would know if you had one of these if you're experiencing any sort or pain at all when urinating or if often you feel you need to urinate but can't. If this is the problem, try drinking cranberry juice... I've heard that can help or maybe search for something over-the-counter. If this doesn't sound like your situation, it could be something serious... so get yourself checked out. Going to the doctor isn't that bad... afterall, you will most likely get relief if you go. Good luck!

Go to a doctor, some anti-inflammatory may help. Or go to a good acupuncture, acupuncture could be very effective in several weeks if they do it right.

See your doctor. You might have an overactive bladder, a condition which is treatable by prescription meds.

Please see your Dr. Take this advice from someone who has suffered from UTI`s for a number of years. Delaying treatment, or even holding on from peeing can cause serious damage to your urinary system, & even your kidneys.
