i feel asleep in my senior year in high school in american history class, and farted so loud that I not only woke myself up, but the girl sitting behind me got up and went to the bathroom to get away from the smell. I didn't get too many dates the rest of the year.

first of all, no, it doesn't make you weird... a lot of people talk and even walk, get dressed, eat, etc, in their sleep, and some don't even know that they do all this!
the other day i saw a TV show about the most bizarre things people have done while sleeping, it was funny and amazing to see all that they did!
back to your question, I've been told by may friends when we had slumber parties, that i talk in my sleep, A LOT, and only incoherent things...
one time i said "HEY! TURN OFF THAT LAMP!" and it was no lamp, it was like 7 am and i had the sun in my eyes!...
i can't remember exact words that I've said, by my brother and sister and some friends, and more recently my hubby, have said i cry, move my arms, and even laugh!
ha ha... I'd like them to tape me sleeping one time, just to see how stupid i look!

I have never talked in my sleep before. Sometimes, I don't know what I been dreaming about. But one time when I was in Orlando, FL in Disney World on my birthday. Me and my mom were staying in a hotel. I went to sleep and when I woke up. My mom said that I was talking in my sleep. I don't remember what I said in my sleep. But it was a good dream.

Well my mom told me that as a child i sleepwalked to the kitchen from my bedroom and left my duvet there. Now days is different. My GF complains that i regularly slap her in my sleep while turning, i gave her permission to fight back. Nothing yet...

I don't know but if you saw that episode of the Surreal Life when Mini-Me started humping Mike Brady in his drunken sleep, you'd think that was pretty funny.

When I was in the Navy Boot Camp some of my fellow recruits said that I used to sing "Rambling Rose" in my sleep.

I rarely talk in my sleep, so awhile back, I was dreaming that it was about time to eat dinner. And my little brother's hands were dirty so I was lecturing him not to fix himself a plate until he washes his hands with soap and water. Of course, my older sisters heard me. They thought I was dumb. But hey they got a good laugh out of it!

My uncle once walked across teh house, and, thinking he was in teh bathroom, dropped his drawers and peed on teh living room sofa.
Also, I've been showing horses my whole life, and when I was 14, I had a horse named Dunny. I shared a bed at night with my trainer, and one night, while I was sleeping, I sat up straight in bed and proceeded to pat my trainer on the butt while saying "Good boy, Dunny! Good boy!" Needless to say, I no longer share a bed with her when we go to shows.

My husband does funny stuff in his sleep a lot. One time the baby woke up and I asked him to go bring him to me. He came back with the iron. I asked what I was supposed to do with it, and he was like isn't that what you asked for? um, no.

not weird to me! I scared the life out of my husband one time because I said "what are those 3 guys doing standing at the end of the bed?" and another time I yelled out "I'm going to punch you"
