No, there's nothing wrong with you crying on your birthday. For many significant dates often are filled with emotion, especially if there is not someone special to share the event with.

Don't worry what others say --- Crying is a way to cleanse your body --- And for you that's natural. But most importantly just be yourself: You don't owe anyone an explanation for crying. Just be yourself! :)

I think some birthdays really indicate a passage from one stage of life to the next. I remember turning 20 was a tough one for me also. You're not a teenager anymore, but you're not really an adult either. To me, being 20 was like being in this age neverland for the year. I HATED being 20! I felt I was too old to act like a carefree teenager, but still too young for anyone to take me seriously. I was very relieved when I turned 21.

Not really having any details on what is going on in your life, I can just say if you feel like crying today, just have a good cry and get it out. All the same, considering the alternative, try to remember to be thankful for another year of life. And don't forget to look forward to your future. You have your whole life ahead of you.

Happy birthday! : )

I don't think there is anything wrong with it. For as long as I can remember (I'm 24) I've cried on my birthday. When I was younger, it was usually during my birthday party, so my mother stopped giving them to me. As I got older, I would go through the whole day thanking people for their wishes, but at the end of the school day I'd go home and close my bedroom door and cry myself to sleep. Not really ever knowing why I was crying, but I'd just cry and cry. I still do. Even now, my partner doesn't understand why I do it even I don't understand. I'm sure if I went to a therapist about it he/she would unroot some under lying cause of it. Anyway, just to let you know, you are not the only one and you are not abnormal b/c of it :)

I don't think there's anything wrong with crying on your birthday. You don't need a reason to be crying either. I cried too when I turned twenty. I think that maybe it just has to do with no longer being a teenager and yet not really being an adult. So there's a sense of loss, and whenever you go through a loss you tend to grieve and this is ust your way of letting go of that teenage part of you. You can cry, its okay to, birthdays are hard days, especially your twentieth birthday.

he's over you yet you nonetheless have emotions for him. i've got been there. It hurts like something. you're much extra disillusioned approximately no birthday desires from him than you would be if any of your different friends hadn't needed you a satisfied birthday. confusing because it extremely is, you extremely prefer a era of no touch so which you would be able to recover from your emotions for him. you ought to have tried to bypass from a romance to easily being friends devoid of ruin. not that confusing for the only that has finished the breaking up, yet for the only that became permit bypass, that's practically impossible. Take a ruin in case you may. dangle out with different friends and save energetic with issues you extremely delight in. Time will help your heart heal.

No there is nothing wrong with it if there is a reason.

If there is no reason then you need to find out why.
