The Iraqi civilians are pursuing a civil war, as the dictatorship of Saddam, that kept them in line and obedient, has been removed and replaced by political limbo. Iraq will eventually cease to exist - it is not a nation, given the division between Sunni, Shi'ite and Kurd.
Were it not for oil, the coalition forces would have been out of there instanter. Britain should take a leading role, admit that the coalition is wasting its time, and pull out our forces. If foreign troops need to be in Iraq, why not troops from Islamic countries, who have full understanding of the issues. The Pakistani Armed Forces have a good reputation, and are well trained and thoroughly competent - they should be the nucleus of any peacekeeping force. Indonesia, too, has a competent army, and the Moroccans can fight anyone to a standstill. I'd also suggest Turkish involvement, as they are Islamic, have a secular State, and have highly competent and well equipped forces. As a former matelot, I've served with Turkish forces in NATO exercises and their sailors are magnificent, bearing in mind that their ships are largely American cast-offs. Unfortunately, Turkish problems with their Kurds militate against their involvement in Iraq. A pity. The Turks are the most militarily competent people east of Israel and West of Japan.
PS - Why not Japanese troops in a UN force for Iraq. Japan has long since purged its debts from the 2nd World War, and I would like to see their honour restored by contributions from their excellent armed forces. I'd serve in any Japanese ship, as long as they made me the cook!
(I can't abide raw fish, but Tempura in general, I can get my head around. I was a cook in the Andrew)

His comments are the consequence of an somewhat no longer uncomplicated and desperate era wherein the militia has tried to get the political area, the Labour social gathering, to think of with regards to the implications of its rules. we are seeing everywhere the undesirable effects of their rules. he's courageous and could in my view lose his interest because of the fact of it. it fairly is time different civil servants spoke out against the government. what's giving help to our enemies is doing all the flaws they envisioned us to do (falling into the catch of attacking the midsection east).
