I work for a small company doing basic accounting right now and he offers us medical and dental. He pays for 75% where we pay the other 25%. which comes out to about $10.00 a week not bad. Unfortunately if I want to put any dependents on my insurance I have to pay the whole amount for my dependents.

Try educational institutions - colleges, universities, public schools, private schools. I don't know what your skills are but all of these institutions have a fairly broad range of employee needs.
