Someone I know once went to a fancy dress party dressed as a piece of luggage. Very easy, just slotted himself inside a suitcase.
A bottle of coke.
A pair of scissors (surprisingly easy).
A vampire prositute with an axe in the back of her head.
A bearded lady.

Have a look at ebay, they have some great costoms, new & used you could get a good idea from looking at theirs.
If yo want something sexy how about a sexy little devil, snow white or witch

Try dress up as a man and then flirt all your male colleagues out... careful though, girls tend to go for baby faced men a lot!
