Irecently had sex and he pulled out and got it all over my vagina area's and ran his had thru it and said oops. Can that cause me to get pregnant if I was ovulating even though it wasn’t deep inside me?

Sperm does not die when it hits the air. If it did, how would women get PG through IUI etc. when the man deposits sperm into a cup? It's more unlikely though b/c outside the vagina would not be a hospitable environment. If you were ovulating and he ejaculated right on your labia it is certainly possible that you could get PG.

Yes you can absolutely get pregnant like that.
Anytime your vagina comes in contact with live semen you could get pregnant...they swim, remember?? Just because you got them further back from the target does not guarantee that they won't still make it there.
USE A CONDOM or KEEP YOUR PANTS ON!!!

Yes some could have gotten inside of your vagina and you could get pregnant. You probably wont though. You should be using CONDOMS because he may have an STD even if you dont think he does (men lie and dont usually get STD tested).
Protect yourself. Take birth control and use condoms EVERY time. Even if he complains he will use one if you make him.

If he was inside you before he came you can still get pregnant off precum. Theres sperm in it, and it only takes one swimmer to make a baby.
Penis in, baby out. It doesnt matter how long its in there, or what its doing, or where you are in your cycle.
if you dont want babies, dont make them.
