HAve you expienced a ghostly encounter?

Oh good question. Yes. When I was 16 two of my friends past away in car accident. I was visiting their grave on Christmas morning 6 months after they had past and a young girl in a school uniform came over to me, started asking questions about why I was there. Then told me to always have faith in my life. She walked away and I turned to look in her direction and she was gone. Spookiest thing I have ever encountered.

My friend used to have this silly toy phone that used to ring and make the dialing noise and the operator sound when you pressed the buttons and such. One day she came came over my house and she brought that over too (just to annoy me).We ahd been at my house for about an hour and we were sittng in the kitchen eating lunch. Suddenly we heard the toy phone ringing from the living room. I went to go find it and turn it off because it was starting to get on our nerves when it didn't stop. I had thought one of the dogs had stepped on it and set it off but then I realized the dogs were in the kitchen. I looked everywhere but I couldn't find the phone because it always seemed to stop when I came close to finding it. Finally I gave up and wen back to the table. It was silent for the rest of the time. When we got in the car and sat down, my friend immediatly jumped up and took out something she had sat on. It was the plastic toy phone. I still can't explain what happened but it gave us a good creep out because it was a 150 year old house.

Yes When I first moved in with my now husband there was a spirit there at the house. When my husband was out of town he would play with my hair and such while I was sleeping.

Also had a friend die back in May of 2005 in a motorcycle accident. He's always with me. Plays with my daughters electronic toys. Turns things off and on and is very comforting when I have trouble going to sleep. And being I know it is him it doesn't frighten me at all. It's a warm fuzzy feeling, not the cold shiver when a spirit is usually around. Oh he also plays with my door chime in my vehicle.

Yes, i work in a pub cleaning in the mornings, before i even knew this place was haunted, i used to go very hot and get a really bad sick feeling in my stomach when being in a certain corner of the pub. I later found out that there is an old fisherman sits in this corner regular taking notice of people around him/spirit. It doesnt frighten me at all, but its a very uncomfortable feeling. Once iv left that corner im fine.

He plays with the cats, turns the taps on, switch the telly on and off when he dosent like was on there, and has a knack at peering over your shoulder wondering what your doing when you are on the PC. No, he is isnt another pet, but a spiritual room mate lol. All three of us know he is here, and are pretty used to him, we know he means no harm to us. When it comes to the time for us to move to another house years from now, I am going to miss him lol.
Last thing he did recently is introduce himself to Charlotte when she moved in. We did warn her he would, we didn't know how. She went to bed one night, and was woken up by some one knocking on her door. Thinking it was one of us, she told whoever it was in a not so poliete way to get lost *laughs* she rolled over and the reponse was a stronger knock on the door. Charlotte ignored it and went back to sleep. She asked us the next morning what we where doing knocking her door. Me and Jaxx where fast alseep all night we didn't even hear it.....

Well here is a picture of him while jim was hoovering a couple of years ago. You see, I won't vacum because It always feels I am being watched, and forever looking over my shoulder, and I think this picture proves it...

Yes a spirit or something used sit on the end of my bed now and again, but one night he got into bed with my mother and try-ed it on! see had the fright of her life. He visited several times after But one night I kicked him off the bed and told him to go away he's not been back since.

sort of, me and my mate were out one night and saw a will-o-the wisp. its a flame that travels the floor and looks for death. we watched it til it dissapeared and looked the next day. there was a dead deer laying there so make your own mind up about it. at the time we where crapping it.
