IE says page can not be displayed for secure pages only?

example: I can browse to eBay but not My eBay

example: I can browse to to TypePad but not log on. Same prob in Yahoo browser.

This means that ssl is either turned off in your advanced internet settings or your firewall is blocking shtml pages.

This can be a LOT of things. You should start by following Microsoft's step by step instructions at: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;303807

Then if it still doesn't work, try installing another browser.

If all that fail, consult a tech and/or reinstall your system.
