One of the ones that doesn't seem to be planned for is that the water flow is altered (something about cement vs dirt) Sometimes, this creates a problem since runoff has to go SOMEWHERE. I know of a case where it went into a person's home (it had NEVER been a problem before the development.)
Best of luck.

The sight was used as a parking lot for the last 45 years and nobody complained about parking cars on a forgotten cemetery. A human rights and tolerance centre is a better memorial for the dead than parking cars over the sight, anyway the interned will be relocated.

Not only the mall, but also parking lots, access roads, and expansion of local roads into highways to accommodate increased traffic flow.

Um- the changes would be that instead of trees and dirt there would be buildings and cement. Yup- you can count on it.
