Well I would have to say Chicago because I live in Ludington which is right on the shores of lake michigan. Chicago happens to be one of the main ports in which ships from the west coast of Michigan sail to. Personally I dont get why you are asking this question because things like this should have been taught in elementary school. Montana and Utah are nowhere near the great lakes and Pittsburg is in the middle section of Pennsylvania. If you are curious a road atlas can tell you more about the locations of other cities. Better yet I recommend that you take a trip to the Great Lakes they are absolutly spectacular.

No city listed is found ON the Great Lakes. The city BORDERS the Great Lakes.

You also have states listed: Pennsylvania, Illinois, Utah and Montana.

I would say Chicago- borders on Lake Michigan.

Just be glad you aren't in Buffalo (also borders a Great Lake- Erie). The good people in Buffalo are digging out from a lake-effect snow storm today!
