Deluxe version supports max 8 Gb of memory, supports wide range of BUS memory (from 400 to 800 MHz), it integrates nvidia Linkboost technology and nvidia dualnet technology, it supports 2000 and 1600 MT/s HT speed and it has 6 SATA slots and 1 PATA (ATA 133), and 2 PCI slots.
Proffesional version supports only 4 Gb max of memory, doesn't support a BUS memory of 400 Mhz, neither HT speed at only 1600 MHz, it doesn't integrate Linkboost nor DualNet technology from nvidia, it has 1 ATA 100 slot, 1 ATA 133 slot and 10 SATA slots, only one PCI slot...
These are the main differences between them

The WS stands for Workstation, you can check the links before for the specs but if you are looking for a mobo for home, and you may want SLI, then you have one choice. The M2N32-SLI is more for home/ gamer enthusiast. The M2N32 WS is more business, stable work enviroment.

Edit: my answer is unintentionnally redundant - I suggest to pick three_factors's answer as Best Answer. He beat me to the punch.
As far as I can tell, WS Pro is destined to be a workstation mobo, whereas SLI Deluxe is aimed at gamers. I think SLI is bigger on graphics, and WS Pro is bigger on network performance. Besides that, they're pretty much the same. It depends what you would be getting them for.
