After 10 years of working for the same manager. The last 2 have been very out of character for himself and more importantly to the business. I feel very dedicated and loyal... But somethings just not right... I've tried to talk to him. He just says things that would make one question his motives.

Try going higher up. They'll be forced to take on this issue.

Do your job and don't question authority. I know that sounds harsh, but it's in your best interest to worry about you and not someone else.
