SERIOUSLY! Look in your local "nickel ads" the free for sale ads at the super markets, they almost always advertise businesses selling mobile homes to people with no credit or bad credit, or no money down! :)

This will depend upon several factors, who the lender is, what state you are wanting to buy in and several other factors. I am able to do this with as little as $500 down payment depending upon your situtation.

If it is for an approved rural area, you could get a USDA loan. Any mortgage company should be able to help you.
